Our biker-friendly holiday homes are located right in the heart of the Thuringian Forest — the perfect base camp for anyone who wants to ride winding roads by day and unwind comfortably by night. We offer secure parking, a motorcycle wash area, and a drying room. Bikers are welcome!

Here are a few suggested routes for motorcyclists in the surrounding area, right through the Thuringian Forest:

1. Kanzlersgrund Loop

   • 26 km | Zella-Mehlis → Kanzlersgrund → Oberhof → Rennsteiggarten → Zella-Mehlis

   • A winding route with more than 330 meters of elevation change

2. Ruppberg Loop

   • 54 km | Zella-Mehlis → Ruppberg (866 m) → Steinbach-Hallenberg → Floh-Seligenthal → back

   • Narrow, winding forest roads

3. Inselsberg Loop
